Welcome to our web site of Amateur Sporting Association "AbruzzoMtb", affiliate to the National Bicycling Federation "FCI". 

Our Association, was the result of an initiative of young people who like riding a mountain bike and most of them live near Pescara, in the National Park of Gran Sasso. Our purpose is to promote, to develop and increase the practice of mountain bike. Our association want to encourage active life and outdoor sports with the others. It addresses all people of any age and especially the young people, families and those who are more exposed to risks of social isolation.

The association sets to the center of her own initiatives, in natural environment, the Abruzzo territory in all of its peculiarities. In particular way, it sustains, it promotes, guardianship and it valorizes the cultural and environmental patrimony of our Region, through the practice of the "off-road bicycling", in the full respect of the culture of the environment and the populations. At least we hope  to create a net of permanent contacts with the anthropogenic and handicraft realities, in order to valorize the regional typical products of high quality.
